IT Deployment Specialist Job Description

As an IT Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining client sites, ensuring customization to meet client needs. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

You will be working closely with clients to understand their requirements and tailor our services to meet their needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deploying and maintaining trial and production sites
  • Customizing meeting sites per client requirements, including updating texts, labels, and site features
  • Updating meeting information, logos, and banners, and uploading downloadable files
  • Maintaining internal system parameters and update dynamic forms
  • Addressing support cases via phone, email, or online tools
  • Providing product usage and sales information
  • Analyzing and routing support cases appropriately
  • Conducting client training and performing environmental health checks

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Additionally, you should have the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies like Java and SQL.

As a flexible individual, you should be comfortable working outside of office hours and adapting to changing shift schedules. You will also need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

We offer contract employment for 6 months with potential for regular employment, temporary work-from-home setup with occasional office meetups, opportunities for professional development and client training sessions, and potential for career advancement to regular employment and growth within the company over the next few years.
