In this role, you will have the chance to work on challenging projects that require strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining procedural material (P&P, Job Aids, Decision Trees, etc.) for the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing internal and external staff and resources
  • Identifying and procuring training staff and other resources (e.g., equipment, software)
  • Developing/managing training budgets (e.g., forecasts)
  • Ensuring that training staff understand how training goals align with business strategies

You will work closely with subject matter experts to gather information, use your expertise on wordsmithing, formatting, process flow, and information mapping to create clearly written, user-friendly tools that both seasoned employees and new hires can follow.

Requirements:
  • 3+ year Business or Technical Writing experience
  • 2+ years of Supervisory/People Management experience
  • 3+ years working knowledge in each of the following: Microsoft Office Suite including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communications, time management, and organizational skills
