Job Title: Credit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing credit-related tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Credit Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into customer creditworthiness to ensure that we are extending credit to trustworthy individuals or businesses.
  • Receivable Management: Develop and implement effective strategies for managing accounts receivable, including follow-up and collection efforts.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement credit policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of credit staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in credit management or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
