Operational Excellence Specialist Role Summary:

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key processes and stakeholders within the organization, driving process improvements for improved efficiency, client experience, or better risk controls, and ensuring resource planning is efficient.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Management: Develop an in-depth understanding of technical aspects of processes and drive process improvements for improved efficiency, client experience, or better risk controls.
  • Resource Planning: Forecast and plan resource requirements, manage resources efficiently through peaks and troughs in the business cycle, and ensure contingency planning is in place for critical resources.
  • People Management / Development: Set appropriate goals and expectations for the team, conduct regular progress reviews, work closely with individuals to groom them to their full potential, and assess and develop competency levels.


Requirements:

  • Graduate Degree: A graduate degree is required for this role.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, logical thinking skillset, ability to learn new processes and systems, adaptability, and prioritization and organization skills.
  • Knowledge: Proven track record of delivering excellent levels of Client Service across varied stakeholders through large operating functions.
