Senior QA Automation Lead

We're seeking a seasoned Senior QA Automation Lead to spearhead our quality assurance strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans, prioritizing efforts to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Mentor QA engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation in QA practices, exploring and integrating AI-driven testing solutions to enhance automation efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years experience in both manual and automation testing and at least 1 year experience in leading a team.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing team members.
  • Expertise in writing automated tests using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
  • Proficiency in source control management tools like Git, Bitbucket.
