Key Role: Retail Sales Executive

We are seeking an exceptional sales professional to drive business growth in Cavite. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, promoting our products, and executing seamless purchase transactions.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Welcome consumers in-store and provide expert guidance on our electronic cigarettes
  • Educate adults about the e-cigarette product and conduct guided trials
  • Perform purchase transactions, including customization and after-sales services
  • Provide outstanding customer service by executing product diagnosis and handling returns
Requirements:
  • College graduate or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent English and Tagalog communication skills
  • Work experience in customer-facing roles is required
  • Background in sales or retail sales
