Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor to collaborate on producing high-quality, engaging direct response video ads.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling mini-VSLs (1-3 minutes) with strategic B-roll placement and effective storytelling
  • Create non-narrated performance ads (30s-1min) that showcase seamless B-roll storytelling
  • Produce UGC talking-head style content (30s-1min) that appears authentic yet polished
  • Utilize AI-generated visuals using cutting-edge tools to enhance creativity
  • Analyze performance data from reports and ad accounts to inform editing decisions
  • Deliver 12-18 high-quality video pieces per week, depending on complexity
  • Prioritize quality over quantity, focusing on delivering strong edits rather than exceeding quotas
  • Maintain a proactive approach to concept iterations based on performance data insights
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in editing direct response video ads that drive conversions
  • Familiarity with key performance metrics: hook rates, hold rates, unique outbound CTR
  • Able to work independently while effectively collaborating with creative strategists
  • Data-driven mindset, with a willingness to iterate based on performance data analysis
  • Comfortable sourcing footage from external creators and internal content banks
