Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in taxation, with a focus on US Taxation. They will be responsible for managing projects, performing verification and reconciliation, and preparing and e-filing of Sales & Use Tax Returns.

Responsibilities

  • Create a positive team experience by fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Proactively seek training from seniors on EDI/EFT and return preparation to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Assist seniors and US stakeholders with return filing to ensure timely delivery, meeting expected quality standards.
  • E nsure to meet the process quality standards set by the practice, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide feedback, ideas, and suggestions to the team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist with logging of notices and voice mails, ensuring seamless communication with team members.

Requirements

  • Masters or bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in US Taxation.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication and writing skills are preferred.
