Main Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans that achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as increased website traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI)
  • Manage and optimize media buys across multiple channels, including GDN, social boosting, and performance marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with our overall business objectives and target audience
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, social media management, and media buying

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and/or performance marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of the latest Digital trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and programmatic
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Proficient in web analytics tools, social media management platforms, and other relevant digital marketing tools and technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to draw insights from marketing campaign performance and make strategic decisions based on data
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and learn new skills quickly
