About the Job

Design, build and manage scalable data pipelines across various platforms and data sources. Enhance data infrastructure for optimal performance and scalability. Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices. Support junior data engineers through mentoring and technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the design and development of large-scale data pipelines.
  • Develop and implement efficient data processing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data needs and deliver effective engineering solutions.
  • Resolve complex data challenges and ensure data integrity, availability, and consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or backend data systems development.
  • Proficiency in data pipeline orchestration and workflow management.
  • Experience with Apache Airflow, Prefect, Apache NiFi, Talend, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, and DataDog.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools like Docker, Git, and CircleCI.
