Job Title: Digital Marketing Team Lead

As a seasoned marketing professional, you will lead our team of analysts and communicators to drive business growth through paid media accounts.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, client communication, and campaign optimization. They will be responsible for coaching and developing the talents of their direct reports, while ensuring they meet assigned work and schedule requirements.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to participate in regular team and individual meetings. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Ads Editor, with experience in Google and Facebook administration.

  • Manage a team of marketers and communicate with clients by email
  • Lead and attend regular team meetings weekly
  • Coach and develop talents of direct reports
  • Participate in testing and optimization of campaigns

In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to exhibit excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing teams and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
