Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating large teams. You'll need to have a deep understanding of digital performance marketing, including paid ads campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, manage, and motivate a large team of experts in paid advertising campaigns, building on their skills and knowledge to achieve business goals.
  • Paid Ads Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee and manage the development and execution of paid ads campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they meet key client targets and driving business growth.
  • Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Develop and facilitate process training for all members of the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing and leading large teams, ideally within a digital marketing or SEM context.
  • Extensive experience with paid ads campaigns across various platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of digital performance marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trusted relationships with staff and stakeholders across cultural or functional boundaries.
