Exxel Prime Int'l Trading Inc. is a leading international trading company seeking an experienced Finance Admin to join its dynamic team. This role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

As a Finance Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting the finance department's day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing financial documents, invoices, bills, and payments for vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Ensuring proper documentation and filing of financial records, invoices, receipts, and other necessary financial documentation.
  • Reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitoring and tracking company expenses and assisting in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Assisting in the preparation of internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and supporting schedules.
  • Supporting the finance team with tax-related documents, such as VAT filings and compliance reporting.
  • Processing employee reimbursements, payroll-related tasks, and ensuring timely payment processing.
  • Maintaining communication with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers regarding payment schedules, invoices, and related inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or finance-related role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced knowledge of Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and financial management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, invoices, and receipts.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingsness to learn and adapt to new financial processes and systems.
  • Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.
