Job Summary

The Product Marketing Content Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the content subdomain of Product Marketing. This dynamic individual will provide operational and administrative assistance, ensuring seamless execution of product-related content.

  • Deliver support in the product content subdomain of Product Marketing, encompassing product collaterals, product release content, and other content-related executions.
  • Contribute to creating, copywriting, and managing content for various channels and platforms, including but not limited to website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Assist in executing other functions of Product Marketing, particularly product roadmap and planning, competitor research, if the task is heavily focused on product content.
  • Help operationalize/execute all product marketing work plans, guaranteeing timely completion of objectives.
  • Pitch innovative ideas and go-to-market strategies, ultimately leading to successful product launches.
  • Offer creative input on how to craft value propositions, messaging, product content, and marketing materials.
  • Manage and track collaterals, information, and content maintained by the Product Marketing Team, alerting the Product Marketing Manager for any pressing issues that require attention.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in product marketing, specifically in the area of product content/content writing/copywriting. Fresh graduates with relevant marketing experience are welcome to apply.
  • Flexibility under pressure.
  • Able to multitask effectively.
  • Meticulous and well-organized approach to tasks.
  • Proficient working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace (Google Docs, etc.).
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Persistent and resourceful mindset.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills; good business correspondence skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willingsness to render overtime when necessary.

For regular positions, full-time employment is offered. Work equipment will be provided for remote work arrangements until further notice.
