Job Summary
The Sales Consultant role at Fairlane Automotive Ventures, Inc. involves contributing to the attainment of the company's goal by delivering consistent sales production levels.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver sales productions that meet established sales goals
- Perform and adhere to the Ford Sales System and familiarize yourself with the FGE process
- Attend all meetings, training, and activities required by the company
- Competently perform the 10-Step Showroom Experience Sales process
- Demonstrate knowledge of the 6-position walk-around and competitive comparisons for all vehicles sold by the dealership
- Complete Potential Customer Records (PCR) accurately and promptly before leaving for the day
- Upload/Update in the QCS portal all potential customers daily

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree of any field
- Experience in sales, preferably with automotive industry exposure
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic, passionate, positive, and goal-oriented individual
- Valid Driver's License
- Computer Literate and willing to undergo extensive Sales Training
