Role Overview

This full-time remote position involves providing strategic support to debt advisory teams, preparing critical information and data for the efficient delivery of advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare evidence, data, and research to support debt advisory strategies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work products.
  • Establish workflows in Quickli, prepare broker handovers, and analyze financial statements & tax returns to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Conduct market trend analysis and regulatory updates; compile weekly intelligence reports; coordinate valuations with lenders.
  • Manage project timelines, follow up on disputes and reorders, and provide clear summaries and presentation materials from templates.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration, maintain a reference database for future use, and ensure professional client communication.
Requirements:
  • Mortgage industry expertise – rates, products, lending criteria for the Australian market.
  • Credit assessment skills – reports, scoring, serviceability calculations.
  • Financial analysis capabilities – statements, tax returns, complex income structures.
  • Regulatory compliance knowledge – NCCP, responsible lending, and related standards.
  • Technical proficiency: Quickli platform mastery; Broker Engine expertise; advanced Excel/Sheets skills; strong research methodology.
  • Communication skills: professional written communication; cross-team collaboration; presentation capabilities.
  • Availability: remote work arrangement via EOR; core hours 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST or 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time; disclose any existing roles or client commitments.
