We are seeking an experienced bridge designer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing civil engineer/conceptual designs for bridges, ensuring aesthetic and functional integrity.
  • Collaboration with structural engineers and multidisciplinary teams is essential to align designs with technical and site-specific requirements.
  • Design development documentation, including drawings and specifications, will be produced by the candidate.
  • An understanding of various bridge types, including cable-stayed, suspension, arches, trusses, and curved bridges, is necessary.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineer/Structural Engineer is required.
  • Licensure as a Civil Engineer/Structural Engineer is also necessary.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Civil Engineer/Structural Engineer roles, with a primary focus on complex/unique bridge designs, is mandatory.
  • A proven track record of working on cable-stayed, suspension, arched, truss, and curved bridge projects is crucial.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sofistik is also required.
  • A strong understanding of design development processes and technical detailing for bridges is vital.

This role is designed for professionals with expertise in the early stages of bridge design, from conceptualization to design development (DD), as our projects transition to partnered firms for construction documentation (CD) phases.
