Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with design consultants to develop cost plans and value engineering strategies that optimize project costs.
  • Measure and record quantities, handle queries, and prepare QA documents to ensure accurate cost reporting.
  • Collaborate with contractors to evaluate PMI's/WAO's based on contract terms and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Evaluate actual work accomplishment to ensure timely payment of interim certificates.
  • Prepare tender documents, clarification, and reports to support informed decision-making.

Requirements:
A successful candidate will hold a degree in BS Civil Engineering, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have 1-2 years' experience in construction projects. Proficiency in MS Office Applications is also essential.
