Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to support and lead our project team in the day-to-day operations of the construction process. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and able to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to discuss and align for-construction designs.
  • Participate in the Detailed Design phase of the project to plan the execution of the project during construction.
  • Prepare budgets, material documents, and specification lists for client approval.
  • Represent the client during construction or act as an intermediary between the client and the construction team.
  • Oversee the construction project teams and ensure quality delivery of construction works as per design.
Qualifications and Key Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or project management.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of construction project management, construction costs, and time frames.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
