The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understand and improve financial processes and systems.
  2. Carry out process improvements and identify areas for enhancement.
  3. Provide guidance to finance teams on projects and operations.
  4. Develop and implement process improvements.
  5. Support management in central projects related to C&B accounting processes.
  6. Coordinate the Balance Sheet Reconciliation process with the team manager.
  7. Support the manual payment process.
  8. Ensure compliance with Corporate Accounting policies and controls.
  9. Act as the focal point between external Audit and the assigned team.

Requirements:

  1. University degree in Finance or related field.
  2. 3-5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of cash accounting and other accounting environments.
  4. Recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantage.
