Job Summary

We seek an experienced Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining contact centers and unified communication platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving complex problems with business communication systems, providing technical consultation support to customers, and delivering process training and technical knowledge transfer to internal and external teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify, examine, and resolve moderately complex issues with business communication systems.
  • Provide high-level technical consultation support to customers worldwide.
  • Act as Project Lead and Technical Lead on a need-to-need basis, particularly on Telecom and Telephony driven projects.
  • Deliver process Training/KT's to new joiners and technical KT to external teams based on skills and requirements.
  • Create Job Aids, MOP for internal team members and customers upon demand.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the contact center industry with Genesys Cloud, and at least 5-7 years' experience with any other Telephony platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud Solution implementation on various aspects such as Telephony, Contact Center, Integrations, Reporting, Text & Speech Analytics, Quality Management (Call Recording), Call Routing, Performance Management, Email, Chat, Social, Co-Browse, Interactive Voice response, Voice & Digital Bots, and AppFoundry Partners.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of Genesys products and their multiple use cases across various industries.
