The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in recruitment, payroll, and training functions. Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing and Screening Candidates
  2. Maintaining accurate records of employee files and documents
  3. Supporting payroll processing and ensuring timely payment of employees
  4. Coordinating training programs and events
  5. Preparing reports and performing general administrative tasks

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required. Proficiency in MS Office Applications is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary.
