Senior WordPress Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior WordPress Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of WordPress websites and plugins.


Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather project requirements
  • Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins
  • Optimize WordPress websites for performance, security, and SEO
  • Implement responsive web design principles for cross-device compatibility
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure website stability and functionality
  • Perform regular WordPress updates, maintenance, and backups
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in WordPress development or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including theme and plugin development
  • Experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, jQuery)
  • Familiarity with database management and SQL
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Understanding of web security best practices
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
