Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional to join our team as a Functional Tester. As a key member of our QA team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.


This is an external contractor role, and the engagement is structured around specific project requirements. You will collaborate closely with our QA team to analyze and interpret requirements, derive relevant test scenarios, and execute comprehensive test cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in software testing.
  • Experience in using Azure DevOps for managing test plans, executing tests, and generating test reports.
  • Proven experience in testing web and mobile applications, and/or kiosk-based systems.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience in: Requirements analysis, Test planning, Test case detailing, and Defect tracking.
  • Strong experience in defect reporting, tracking, and management.
  • Experience working with database operations and API calls.
  • Able to quickly learn custom development frameworks and new technologies.
  • Able to work effectively with continuous change requirements and short deadlines under minimum supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
