Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and meticulous Document Coordinator to manage and submit all Contract Data Requirements List deliverables.

This is a nationwide project, requiring the ability to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country.

The selected candidate will be responsible for tracking documents, ensuring proper formatting and version control, and maintaining compliance with contract and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Tracking and managing all CDRL deliverables and project documents throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensuring proper formatting, version control, and on-time submission of all documentation
  • Coordinating internal reviews and approvals to verify accuracy and completeness of documents
  • Maintaining updated document logs, transmittals, and submission records
  • Archiving and organizing documents in accordance with contract and ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Supporting audits and reviews by preparing and retrieving required documentation
  • Monitoring submission schedules and following up with teams to meet deadlines
  • Communicating document requirements and changes across departments
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, applicants must have:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in document control for U.S. Government or DoD contracts
  • Familiarity with CDRL processes, formatting, and submission standards
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 document control practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document tracking tools (e.g., SharePoint)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
