We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Business Lead to join our team as a Digital Sales Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital payment ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building strong customer relationships.

  • The successful candidate will manage direct customers with an annual revenue exceeding $5 million.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new digital sales opportunities by proposing all BPS offers that meet customer objectives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Manage complete and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital sales processes, digital platforms, technical markets, pricing models, distribution channels, technology trends, and customer buying patterns.

Requirements:

  • Background in the payment processing industry with a minimum of 5 years of account management experience in the payment processing segment and/or digital payment transaction domain.
  • Existing knowledge of the digital payment ecosystem and stakeholders in the Philippines is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
