Job OverviewThe Talent Attraction team in TE Connectivity ensures the end-to-end process of hiring the best talents into any of our Business Unit teams. The role of a Talent Attraction Coordinator is to provide support to Hiring Managers & Talent Attraction Partners to ensure a lean recruiting lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks for recruitment processes, including candidate invitations, medical check letters, background check submission, offer letters, and pre-hire documentation.
- Closely cooperate with Talent Attraction Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain all required actions to pre-onboard new hires with the help of vendors and local HR teams.
- E nsure both candidate and hiring manager have necessary information during the recruitment cycle.
- Maintain high accuracy and quality for processes.
Requirements:
- We are looking for highly skilled professionals with a sense for people and strong service orientation.
- You should have 2-5 years of work experience in administrative support, ideally in Human Resources.
- You must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills to partner with Executive Hiring Managers.
- Passion for working in an international environment with a creative problem-solving mindset and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility, attention to detail, and strong business acumen with organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Motivation to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook), calendar management, and experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems.
