This full-time, remote role is crucial as they expand their product catalog and operations on Amazon. You will be the go-to person for managing product listings, ensuring compliance, and supporting general office administrative tasks.

About the Role
  • Amazon Product Listing Management:

You will take ownership of uploading new products to Amazon Seller Central accurately and efficiently. Perform regular housekeeping of existing product listings, ensuring all information is current, compliant, and optimized. Verify product data, specifications, and images meet Amazon's guidelines and brand standards. Manage product compliance documentation within the Amazon system.

  • Monitor product health and address any listing issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist with various Amazon-related administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct precise spreadsheet input and data entry for various office needs.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the broader team and operations.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in uploading and managing products on Amazon Seller Central is required.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's product listing best practices, compliance requirements, and general account management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
