About the Role
  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead the development and execution of strategic objectives and goals, ensuring alignment with the hospital's mission, vision, and values.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability, while identifying cost-containment strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective operation of all hospital departments, monitoring and improving hospital operations, clinical services, and administrative functions.
  • Patient Care & Quality: Ensure high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care, developing initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, representing the hospital in the public domain and establishing a strong reputation.
Requirements
  • Education: A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, including at least 5 years in an executive role.
  • Skills & Competencies: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
