Job Title:

A key requirement for this role is a perfectionist with a passion for video games, detail-oriented and able to work well in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide constructive feedback to the level design team.
  • Develop engaging ideas or concepts to enhance existing projects.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create new content across multiple projects.
  • Review and revise levels with the level design team.
  • Tune levels based on analytics data.
  • Work closely with a team of level designers.
  • Design obstacles and game features with the design team.
Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 1+ year of experience as a level designer or similar role in casual, puzzle or free-to-play games.
  • Mandatory experience in Unity 3D.
  • Experience in developing games across all platforms - mobile, console and PC.
  • Extensive understanding of free-to-play/casual level design.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized and able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Experience as a level designer on puzzle games.
  • Basic knowledge of Scrum or Agile development methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools, including Jira, Excel, etc.
