Job Overview

The Sales Compliance Manager plays a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence by overseeing a team of compliance professionals and spearheading the implementation and enforcement of sales compliance initiatives and standards. Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Able to prioritize multiple initiatives and drive results.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience creating, testing, or evaluating compliance programs.
  • Business acumen and ability to drive team members toward a shared vision.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience.
  • 2+ years of quality, compliance, regulatory experience or related field.
