Artificial Intelligence Governance and Risk Management Specialist

This role plays a critical part in delivering innovative solutions for Canada's leading telecommunications, tech, and media corporation.
The successful candidate will be passionate about AI risk management and governance, with experience in both AI development and security or compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, assess, mitigate, document, and advise on potential risks associated with AI technologies, including ethical and legal implications.
- Co-develop guidelines and training programs on Responsible AI principles and practices.
- Manage AI incidents and facilitate resolution, reporting, and documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machine learning principles and emerging technologies, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Law, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in AI development, with a strong understanding of machine learning principles and emerging technologies.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Security or Compliance, preferably with exposure to AI-related governance.
