">Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to lead our financial accounting function and shape our finance department. This role is part of our expansion plan, bolstering our corporate team with key roles that will drive our future success.

This position requires a highly capable and experienced finance professional with a strong background supporting Australian businesses.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end general ledger processes, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee monthly project costing, departmental reporting, and manage R&D tax rebate submissions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of our financial policies and procedures.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors, tax advisors, and consultants.
">Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in commerce and/or accounting and CPA qualification (or equivalent).
  • 10+ years experience supporting an Australian based business, preferably with operations internationally.
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian payroll and GST legislation.
  • Proven experience managing offshore teams and building relationships with stakeholders across a business.
