Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of our software development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the work of cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicating project status, updates, and any escalations to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Leading cross-functional teams and coordinating their work.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. They will also possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their practical application.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in using project management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
