We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to provide support for various HR processes and services within the firm. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with day-to-day operational tasks, enabling employees and HR teams to access and interact with essential HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete entry-level tasks and administration related to people operations.
  • Administer all people operations processes, including onboarding, query management, employee movements, and off-boarding.
  • Support local payroll processing by helping with data entry, basic calculations, and report generation.
  • Prepare and issue various HR-related documents.
  • Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with local payroll experience.
  • Knowledge in government regulatory compliance.
  • Basic knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
