Job Description:We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to provide support for various HR processes and services within the firm. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with day-to-day operational tasks, enabling employees and HR teams to access and interact with essential HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete entry-level tasks and administration related to people operations.
- Administer all people operations processes, including onboarding, query management, employee movements, and off-boarding.
- Support local payroll processing by helping with data entry, basic calculations, and report generation.
- Prepare and issue various HR-related documents.
- Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with local payroll experience.
- Knowledge in government regulatory compliance.
- Basic knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
