Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled User Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our growth strategy, you'll be responsible for developing and executing effective user acquisition campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across core paid channels
  • Responsible for daily performance tracking, pacing, and spend efficiency against KPIs
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts, messaging, and formats
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to other members of the growth team
  • Identify and test new growth channels, networks, and strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience buying mobile app or gaming ads with significant budgets while achieving target KPIs
  • Proven ability to scale user acquisition efficiently in a mobile-first or mobile gaming environment
  • Strong analytical skills fluent in Excel/Sheets and familiar with tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Singular (BI Tools & Attribution Frameworks)
  • Experience with MMPs and performance marketing attribution
  • Self-starter who thrives on autonomy, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Data-informed mindset and curiosity to test, learn, and iterate quickly
