We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Media Editor and Production Specialist. This role will involve working on video, graphics, and content administration.

As a Media Editor & Production Specialist, you will be responsible for editing video content, designing visuals, managing assets within digital signage platforms, and liaising directly with clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in professional video editing, a passion for music and media entertainment, and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

You will also be required to produce and share content usage reports, communicate with clients via email in a professional and timely manner, and work independently and remotely while collaborating with a wider team.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong attention to detail, both technically and creatively, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, schedule, and report on content using various CMS/digital signage platforms (e.g., MagicInfo, BrightSign)
  • Deliver client-ready work with a strong focus on detail and quality
  • Produce and share content usage reports
  • Communicate with clients via email in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of professional video editing experience
  • A passion for music and media entertainment
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience with Figma (or confident and quick to learn)
  • Strong attention to detail — both technically and creatively
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently and remotely while collaborating with a wider team
  • Reliable, proactive, and constantly striving to improve
  • A mid-to-high spec PC and power backup system is a plus
