Market Research Interview Host Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Research Interview Host to support the day-to-day call management of market research studies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical platform support for users, assessing their technical needs and providing timely assistance.
  • Prepare respondents in advance for scheduled interviews, ensuring they join on time.
  • Facilitate the start of scheduled interviews and provide troubleshooting support as needed.
  • Support moderator and interpreter trainings prior to project commencement.
  • Triage and communicate issues to the relevant teams.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions to support customers and improve internal processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Multilingual in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese.
  • Experience supporting customers with qualitative online platforms preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of operating systems, internet browsers, and mobile devices.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to communicate technical steps in a friendly manner, both verbally and written.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly solve problems as they present.

Operating hours are between 03:00 - 20:00 EST. This role is suitable for remote work.
