Digital Marketing Expert Wanted

This role offers a unique opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, blending data and creativity to drive impactful growth.

We're looking for a skilled marketing professional who can develop and execute high-performing paid advertising strategies using Google Ads, specifically Performance Max (PMAX), Shopping, and Search Campaigns. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing paid advertising strategies using Google Ads.
  • Writing compelling ad copy and performing keyword research to improve campaign ROI.
  • Managing Shopify sites, including theme editing and troubleshooting basic bugs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to coordinate asset needs and drive collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in DTC or eCommerce.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads (PMAX, Shopping, Search) and Shopify.
  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence in marketing analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments.

  • Experience in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
  • Basic tech confidence to handle Shopify customizations and app setups.
  • Pop culture savvy – ability to translate trends into impactful copy and design.
