Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Architect with specialized skills in Revit and 3ds Max to fill a crucial position.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative architectural designs, developing detailed construction documents, and producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations.

  • Develop and execute design concepts that meet client requirements and project objectives
  • Create detailed construction documents using Revit, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
  • Utilize 3ds Max to produce realistic 3D models and visualizations for presentations and reviews
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project feasibility
  • Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented according to plans and standards
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients, addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope
  • Maintain organized records of design documents, drawings, and project correspondence

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing design projects, proficiency in Revit for creating detailed construction documents and BIM, expertise in 3ds Max for producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations, and a strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
