Pharmalex GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Financial Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the monthly close process, including financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in generating TB on GAAP basis, including work-in-process, account analysis, bank reconciliations, and preparing account analysis.
  • Work closely with the company controller to upload TB to the FRP (financial reporting package) managed through Vena consolidation software each month with comparison to budget and prior periods.
  • Record WIP monthly based on reports and assist in managing entities recently acquired by the company.
  • Perform other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, and is a licensed CPA.
  • 5 years' or more experience in finance or accounting department at a mid-size to large entity with multiple entities.
  • Experience in Consolidation and GAAP accounting.
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
  • Experience with integrated accounting systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce/Accounting Seed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
