Senior Scrum Master

The role of Senior Scrum Master is to provide leadership and support to our Engineering Teams as they strive to build high-impact software and features that deliver value to our customers.

This position involves guiding teams, clearing blockers, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Keeping all parties informed of project progress and ensuring everyone is on track.
  • Providing timely feedback to stakeholders and removing roadblocks that hinder team progress.
  • Championing agile values and practices within the organization and helping Product Owners refine and optimize product backlogs.
  • Onboarding and training scrum team members and facilitating scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
    • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Agile Scrum Master Certification (strongly preferred).
