Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have the primary responsibility of managing our Linux systems, overseeing deployment and supporting a team responsible for maintaining and monitoring applications on these systems. This will include custom and standard open-source as well as proprietary applications.

A successful applicant should be able to provide basic support for Windows DevOps and expand upon this further.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build and define the monitoring of our Linux and Windows applications and the systems that run them.
  • Implement client-requested integrations.
  • Support the team in deploying updates and fixes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of issues.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, providing resources to the team to prevent them.
  • Develop scripts to automate processes and updates.
  • Provide technical support and design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
Requirements and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be proficient in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.

Strong knowledge of operating systems, particularly Linux, is essential.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is also highly valued.
