Junior Software Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Junior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate closely with the team lead, product owner, business analysts, and other software engineers.
  • Design solutions for new developments and have them reviewed with technical leads and architects.
  • Participate in client workshops and support business analysts in requirements analysis.
  • Develop and maintain thought-out solutions within the team's responsibility.
  • Improve and optimize existing functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests, quality insurance.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for your area of expertise.
  • Work with an agile mindset, process, and ticketing platforms.

About You:

  • University degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Several years' continuous relevant software development experience.
  • In-depth knowledge in software engineering.
  • Good knowledge and sound understanding of database technologies (SQL).
  • Knowledge of Java programming languages. Python, C++, or similar can be valuable.
  • Eager to learn and understand business needs aiming to provide clean designs and high-quality code.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical mind with a structured and autonomous approach to work on complex technical and business problems.
  • English is a must due to this being the official common language across regions worldwide.
