Infrastructure Construction Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with a professional license in engineering. A minimum of 15 years of experience in hydropower or large-scale infrastructure projects is required, with strong knowledge of project management principles and construction methodologies.

This role involves coordinating with contractors and site teams to ensure compliance with approved plans, drawings, and technical specifications. The specialist will also conduct site inspections, progress tracking, and reporting of construction milestones and issues.

Key responsibilities include reviewing construction drawings, method statements, material submittals, and RFIs, raising concerns or discrepancies to the Civil Lead or Project Manager. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for ensuring proper documentation of project records including reports, logs, inspection forms, and as-built drawings.
