Coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure compliance with approved plans, drawings, and technical specifications. Conduct site inspections, progress tracking, and reporting of construction milestones and issues. Review construction drawings, method statements, material submittals, and RFIs, raising concerns or discrepancies to the Civil Lead or Project Manager Ensure proper documentation of project records including reports, logs, inspection forms, and as-built drawings. The Successful ApplicantA degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A professional license in engineering is highly preferred. Minimum of 15 years of civil engineering experience in hydropower or large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., dams, tunnels, power plants, upper basin, lower area, site installation, or highways). Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction methodologies. Willingness to work 100% onsite, with flexibility to be assigned in either Rizal or Laguna project locations.
