Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate conflicts with stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective service delivery and commitment to priorities, deadlines, and resources.
  • Work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Apply knowledge of legislative frameworks to deliver core services efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Cultivate excellent written and oral communication skills for negotiation and conflict resolution.
Requirements
  • A valid C-class Australian driver's license is mandatory due to travel requirements.
  • We require flexibility to work outside regular hours, travel to various locations, or work from alternate sites.
  • New employees must complete a Certificate IV in Correctional Practice within 18 months of employment.
