Financial Record Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Record Specialist to maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.

  • Maintain up-to-date financial records including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger and other financial statements.
  • Prepare and review financial reports including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.

About the Role:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Financial Record Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in accounting software including NetSuite, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
