Job Title: End-to-End Fund Accounting Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Fund Accounting Lead to join our team at TASQ Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end fund accounting process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and client support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the fund accounting process, including capital calls, distributions, audit and tax support, pre/post-close services, and quarterly and annual financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure high client satisfaction and service quality.
  • Conduct daily and monthly audits of work processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist team members in daily operations, address performance variances, and provide coaching and training to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide regular reports to clients and assist in the hiring and training of new staff.

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience in end-to-end fund accounting, specifically in private equity.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience, including managing KPIs.
  • Familiarity with Sage Intact and/or Investran.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience in a contact center environment (preferred).
