About the Role

This Senior Fund Accounting Manager opportunity is a vital part of our client's financial team in Pasay City. As a seasoned accounting professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire fund accounting process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate and timely financial reports, including capital calls, distributions, and quarterly/annual financial statements
  • Supervise a team of accountants to ensure seamless execution of day-to-day tasks, adhere to deadlines, and provide coaching and training as needed
  • Develop and implement processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance service quality and drive client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to optimize operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end fund accounting, specifically in private equity
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of managing KPIs and leading teams
  • Familiarity with Sage Intact and/or Investran
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
